I hope everyone had a lovely weekend whether it was going on an adventure, honoring friends and relatives, or just taking a minute, in the busy-ness of life.
I was fortunate enough to go to the City of Rocks with my youngest. Of course, packing and getting ready during the week while we are trying to juggle end of year activities, was quite a feat, but we made it!
What I packed for two nights: simple spandex shorts (never put them on), pjs, everything in the Alta Reina line plus prototypes (base layer legging, base layer long sleeve hiking skirt and sun shirt), socks (never wore), runners (never wore) and hiking sandals, swimsuit, cotton sweatshirt, down coat (never wore)
I ended up wearing all of the Alta Reina clothes the whole time and with the exception of a denim skirt that I had made. The tall clothes combo was perfect, even though it was scorching hot out there, the outfits could be mixed and matched for comfort. Here are some photos of the pictures that I took. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised, if not shocked, at how perfect all of the items
A: coordinated together (shouldn’t really be surprised, but I was!)
B: combine to make the right temperature and sun coverage.
Thanks for coming along on this tall women’s clothing journey with me
